Whether it’s a man and a woman or parties of the same sex marriage turns out to be the same for everyone. People must learn that marriage isn’t just a contract you sign and that whenever you want can just rip the paper up and forget about it. It’s a commitment that two people make and agree to the conditions and consequences to that the marriage life can bring. Although marriage seems easy and fun many people do not realize the hardships and struggles being married can bring to a couple. Leadership is a complex subject, but for our purposes can be defined as the act of one person influencing another person or group of people towards a common purpose that is beneficial for both the leader and their followers. Many approaches have been taken by academics in attempting to understand what leadership is at its core.
